Open Your Drum is a handcrafted shamanic drum workshop based in Ukraine. We design and make every product by hand and ship worldwide.

2. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every item we create is handcrafted and one of a kind. Because our instruments and accessories are made using natural materials — wood, animal skin, sinew, and natural pigments — you may notice variations in wood grain, texture, and colour, natural differences in leather tone and pattern, and slight variations in dimensions or weight compared to product photos.

These are not defects. Natural variation is an inherent and valued characteristic of handmade, natural-material craft. Product photographs are representative of the style and quality you will receive; your item will be similar but uniquely its own.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the event of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued where payment has been taken.

5. Production Times & Shipping

Some items are available to ship immediately; others are made to order. Production timelines vary by product and are stated on each individual product page — please review the product description before ordering.

We ship worldwide from Ukraine. Estimated shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. International customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
