REFUND POLICY 

Thank you for shopping at Open Your Drum — a handcrafted shamanic drum workshop based in Ukraine.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@openyourdrum.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except where the return is due to our error or a defect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For international returns, any customs duties and fees incurred on the return shipment are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of receiving your package at hello@openyourdrum.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
