📦 Processing Time

All items are handmade by me with care and attention.

  • Ready-made items ship within 2–5 business days.

  • For custom-made drums, processing time may vary from 7 to 60 days, depending on complexity and materials.
    Exact production time is always specified in the individual product description.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

I ship worldwide from Kyiv, Ukraine, using reliable services like Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta Global, or UPS (depending on destination and order size).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • North America: 10–21 business days

  • Asia & Australia: 14–28 business days

Please note: unexpected postal or customs delays are possible — thank you for your patience.

🇺🇦 Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.
Estimated time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.

📬 Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking.
You can monitor the delivery using your local postal service or a universal tracker such as 17track.net.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays due to customs in their country.
